Arguments & flags

Flag / Arg	Type	Default	Description
<mode>	text		list | set <name>... --public|--internal | apply; omit for the palette
--pack	text		Pack name (--team still accepted); omit to pick from the discovered packs, or run from inside a pack tree to act on that tree
--public	boolean	false	set only: move the named skills to the public surface
--internal	boolean	false	set only: move the named skills to the internal surface
--dry-run	boolean	false	apply only: print planned moves without touching disk
--json	boolean	false	Machine-readable result
