Usage

`--herdr`	boolean	`false`	Run commands in background herdr panes instead of tmux (needs the rt daemon)
`--seed-file`	text		Open the board pre-seeded from this file's {"seed":[...]} rows (the envelope `rt run --resolve-only` prints) instead of starting empty
