Install
That puts a gitq binary on your PATH. It runs on plain Node 20 or later; you do not need Bun to use the CLI.
Your first stack
By the end of this page you will have a three branch stack in a throwaway repo, you will have moved trunk out from under it, and you will have restacked all three branches onto the new trunk with one command. Nothing here touches a repo you care about.
Reading the tree
Three read-only commands answer almost every question you will have about a stack. None of them touch a git ref, none of them need a token, and all three are safe to run at any time, including while a cascade is paused.
The board
The board is a local web page that shows every repo you have configured, every tracked stack in those repos, and the current status of every branch in those stacks, all in one view. Right-clicking a stack offers four actions, and each one spawns an agent pane running the matching gitq:* skill against that stack, with the board watching its progress live.
